Where is JHONUM outlet located?

Towards the end of this year, we plan to launch one outlet in Karachi clifton and one in Panjgoor inshAllah. Right now you can pay a visit to our quality controlled stitching factory in Karachi anytime by typing “JHONUM” in google maps or following this address:

Does JHONUM offer services to customers living outside Pakistan?

Yes of course! we have a huge customer base in middle east, USA, Canada and exclusively in UK. If you are planning a wedding ceremony or wish to give a surprise gift to your loved ones, let JHONUM deliver your items right at your/their doorsteps.

How do I place an order for a custom suit or chawat?

It’s extremely easy, just send your body measurement or shoe size on our whatsapp support number (+92 313 8338444) and our representative will guide you through the rest.

What payment method is accepted by JHONUM?

We normally provide cash on delivery (COD) services for recurring customers but for first time customers living inside or outside Pakistan, we provide support for all credit/debit card transactions, online bank transfer and also accept payment through PayPal from our international customers only.

How long does it take for the order to be delivered to me?

We usually dispatch orders within 6 business days. We send all parcels via reliable cash on delivery courier service. So you can expect to receive your custom attire within 6 days at your doorstep!

Can you deliver urgent orders within 48 hours?

If you live in karachi, then our stitching experts & delivery team certainly have the ability to tailor and dispatch your custom suit within 48 hours. Extra charges are taken for urgent deliveries for sure.

For cities outside karachi, we can tailor and dispatch an urgent custom suit within 3 days.

Do you offer home delivery to all countries?

We accept and ship orders to all countries except for Russia, Brazil, Israel, OFAC and sanctioned countries.

All our shipments are carried out through express deliveries including DHL, FedEx, TNT, etc.

Local shipments are entertained by M&P.

I haven't received my item. What can I do?

We mention your estimated delivery date in your Order Confirmation email. Please allow until this date for your order to arrive.

You can also check your order status via Track-order page on JHONUM website. Simply enter your Order Id & full name to check the actual status of your order.

Will my parcel be charged customs and import duties?

In most cases, any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country.

Charges on a parcel must be paid by the person receiving the parcel.

JHONUM has no control over these charges and we can’t tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

For local shipments, all custom duties and sales taxes are paid by JHONUM and not the customer.

 

It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.

What do I do if I receive a wrong product in my parcel?

Although the chances of such a mistake is near negligible but as humans we are all bound to mistakes.

If in case what you received is not what you ordered or someone else’s order was sent at your address, please don’t panic and call us immediately at +92 313 8338444.

We will not only resolve your issue by re-sending the correct item back at your address but we will also attach a surprise gift inside the parcel as a sweet compensation for the inconvenience caused.

I received a damaged product, what do I do?

If your product is damaged or tampered during shipping for reasons unknown, you can ship the item back to us and we will send a fresh item back to you without taking any extra charges.

If I didn't like the product, can I request a refund?

We try our level best to provide the best customer service without compromising on quality ever.

If in case your received apparel accessory (cufflinks, shoes, wallets etc.) is not what you thought, then you can surely ship the product back to us and we will issue a full refund. Or you can also request an exchange and we will ship a new item by charging nothing much but just the delivery fee.

Please note that refunds or exchange is not entertained for custom suits or custom chawats that are designed exclusively for you but free first alteration will always be provided.

It’s not the product that matters more to us but your happiness and satisfaction.

What do I do, if the suit didn't fit well?

We are committed to get you your perfect bespoke suit in the first go. We share pictures of the final look of your custom suit before dispatching it to minimize the return rate.

However, if upon receiving your suit doesn’t fit you well, then don’t worry and send the suit back to us as we do the first alteration completely free of cost!

PS: Free alteration is offered for international customers also but delivery charges will be paid by the customer.

Can I request an exchange or refund for custom orders?

We show several pictures of the final look of your product and our customer service agent will ask you for any changes you may want to make before the suit is dispatched.

We unfortunately can not accept exchange or refund for custom orders if the product is designed exactly as you mentioned while placing order. However we certainly offer free first alteration service to ensure you are fully satisfied.

A full refund will certainly be provided if your item is damaged, not the size that you requested or has a fabric material that you did not order.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation can be done within 48 hours of order placement, the customer should contact support for requesting order cancellation.

Return and Exchange Policy

Regular Orders

We want to ensure satisfactory customer experience that’s why our return policy is set for 30 days of delivery. You can return or exchange almost everything within 30 days of delivery for a full Refund or Exchange. Full Refund is accepted for these items only:

Order Acceptance & Payment

Please note that there are cases when an order cannot be processed due to various reasons. JHONUM brand reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at any given time. You may be asked to provide additional verification or information, including but not limited to phone number and address, before we accept the order. We are determined to provide the most accurate pricing information on the Site to our customers; however, errors may still occur, such as cases when the price of an item is not displayed correctly on the website. As such, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.

In the event that an item is  incorrectly priced, we may, at our own discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your debit/credit card charged. The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.
