Unlike most custom attire brands who treat labours as nothing but disposable assets working in factory with no identities on forefront.

We at JHONUM, treat our labours as brothers and family. We provide them with the best facilities possible and proudly introduce them to the world outside.

At present JHONUM pays the highest stitching and cutting rates to its labour with a comfortable residential atmosphere with all basic necessities of life from clean drinking water to food.

Our bespoke team for men’s kameez shalwar reside in our Karachi factory, our chawat, chappal and waistcoat factories have its own staff in diferent parts of Sindh, Balochistan and KPK.

We eat, drink and hang out together on weekends. We drink the same water and food that we share with our labour inside the factory. You are always welcomed to visit our factory and see all the amazing facilities for yourselves.

We believe, if you can’t share love and give respect to your hard working labour, you don’t deserve to be treated with kindness either. Our strength lies in sharing and caring.
